A more human approach to a corporate event identity.
‘Invest in You’ is Zenergi’s annual conference for school business professionals, centred around wellbeing and professional development. Originally launched as ‘Collaborate’, the event expanded and evolved across multiple locations.
I developed a visual language built around bright, expressive illustrations to create a more human and engaging tone. This approach helps simplify complex topics while making the event feel more accessible and inclusive.
With many competing events in the sector, the aim was to create a memorable identity that would stand out while clearly communicating the event’s purpose. The identity was applied across a wide range of touchpoints, from signage and spatial graphics to printed materials, social content and branded merchandise. 
I designed wayfinding and environmental graphics to support navigation throughout the venue, ensuring the experience felt cohesive and easy to move through. Key elements such as banners, presentation assets, and stage visuals were aligned to reinforce the identity across the entire event space.
Social content played an important role in building awareness and engagement before and during the event, with a suite of graphics designed for different platforms. Branded materials, including welcome packs, lanyards, and merchandise, extended the identity beyond the event itself, creating a more memorable experience for attendees. The identity helped the event feel more distinctive and easier to engage with, both in advance and on the day.
