A community led installation and ebook
The wider Streets Apart project invited members of the public to photograph King Street and reflect on its past, present and future. The photos in ‘Street View’ were taken by members of the public who responded creatively to a series of walks down King Street with artist Ciara Leeming in early 2022, as part of the Streets Apart project.
Participants documented architecture and people, later adding annotations of memories. Their work was developed into a public installation on King Street, bringing the stories into the place they relate to, alongside a digital publication. My role was to adapt content for public display and ebook formats, making sure it remained clear and engaging within a busy street setting
