Improving how people move through and understand the site.
The website had grown organically, leading to inconsistencies in layout, hierarchy, and overall user experience. I redesigned key areas, including case studies and landing pages, focusing on simplifying navigation and improving how information is structured.
Updates to messaging, social proof and the introduction of video podcasting helped clarify the offer and improve engagement. These changes were tested through A/B experiments, with the new homepage showing a 19% increase in conversion rate compared to the previous version.
Early testing also showed the redesigned case studies page converting 19% better than the control. The updated pages feel more cohesive and better supports both content and performance.
